Every Brief ends with one of three verdicts: Viable Path, Repair Required, or Fundamentally Misaligned. Viable means the economics can work and here's the highest-value fix. Repair Required means structural changes are needed before economics improve. Fundamentally Misaligned means the traffic and offer are the wrong combination — no optimization fixes that.
